These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which both parties submit.
You are welcome to approve original work only, for up to 14 days after receipt of it.
If, however, it does not meet with your expectations, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs incurred). A refund will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition without defect or damage. Return delivery costs will be at the customer's expense and will need to be fully insured and tracked. For all other purchases, prints and homewares, we cannot accept a return due to them being personalised goods. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. If a product arrives with a fault or any issue (including misprinted, damaged or defective) this must be reported immediately and within 7 days, by telephoning 07914431382, then emailing pictures of the fault to email@example.com in the first instance.
